Appropriate health check upon check-in:

All guests are asked to undergo a temperature check upon entering the hotel. We ask for your kind coorperation to ensure the safety of all guests and staff.

You might not be allowed to check-in if your body temperature is over 37.5 celsius degrees. 

We are required to report to the Ministry of Public Health and you shall follow their instruction.  

Preventing contact infection:

We install an acrylic plate / sheet at front desk to maintain a safe contact. 

Staff health check:

Before entering the hotel, all staff are required to check their temperature and undergo a health check. Staff must wear masks while serving and are required to wash and sanitize hands as well as gargle regularly. Staff rooms and the back of the house are regularly cleaned and sanitized. Staff are required to maintain social distancing to avoid close contact. 

Social distance / mask:

Reduce the number of chairs at our lobby in order to maintain an appropriate social distance. We kindly ask your assistance to wear the mask at our public area. 

Room cleaning procedure:

Housekeepers wear masks and gloves.
Ventilate the room during cleaning.
Disinfect all areas where touched regularly such as doorknobs etc.
